See yourself the way
AI search sees you.

We put your brand to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews by hand — no crawler, no score out of 100 — then send you a plain-English readout of where you show up and where you don't.

  • The exact prompts we ran, and what each engine answered back.
  • Every place you were named — and the competitor named instead of you.
  • The three fixes we would make first, in the order we would make them.

The plain version

An AI visibility audit is a check of what the machines say about you.

Not what your site scores. What comes out of the answer box. We ask the four engines the questions your buyers ask, read the answers as a person would, and write down who got named, who got cited, and which page the engine pulled it from. That is the whole method — no crawler, no index, no score out of 100 standing in for the truth.

A normal SEO audit

Crawls your site and grades it. Titles, headings, internal links, Core Web Vitals, schema. The output is a list of things wrong with your pages.

An AI visibility audit

Ignores your site at first and asks the engines instead. The output is what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews actually SAY when a buyer asks about your category — and whether your name is in the answer.

Both are worth having. They answer different questions. A page can pass every technical check and still never be quoted, because being quotable is about whether your page states a claim an engine can lift — not whether your H1 is unique.

Worth requesting if

  • You sell something people research before they buy.
  • You already rank on Google but the traffic is falling.
  • A competitor keeps getting named in ChatGPT answers and you do not.
  • Someone asked you "what is our AI visibility" and you had no number.

Not worth it if

  • You want a crawl report — a normal SEO tool does that better and instantly.
  • You need it inside an hour. This is done by hand; it takes up to 48.
  • You have no website yet. There is nothing for an engine to cite.
The method

Five questions, put to four engines, twenty answers read by hand.

Here are the shapes. We fit your category into them, run each one in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and keep the raw answers — you get those too, not just our summary of them.

Category

best [category] for [who you sell to]

The question with no brand in it. If you are absent here, you are absent from the moment a buyer is still deciding — the only moment that is cheap to win.

Comparison

[competitor] vs [competitor] — which is better for [use case]

Engines love a two-horse race. Whoever is in the comparison owns the shortlist, and it is rarely the market leader.

Named

is [your brand] any good / what does [your brand] do

What the engine believes about you when asked directly. This is where stale facts, wrong pricing and a competitor mentioned in your own answer show up.

Problem

how do I fix [the problem you solve]

The buyer does not know your category exists yet. The brand cited in the how-to answer gets to define the fix.

Local

[service] near [place] / best [service] in [city]

Only run when place matters. AI answers here lean on reviews and directory pages far more than on your own site — a different fix list entirely.

Four engines because they disagree. A brand quoted happily by Perplexity can be invisible in Google AI Overviews, and the reason is almost always which sources each one trusts — not how good your site is. Seeing all four side by side is what makes the fix list obvious.

What happens next

What happens after you press the button.

01

We ask the engines about you

The prompts a real buyer would type — category, comparison, "best X in Y" — put to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.

02

We read the answers by hand

Who got named, who got cited, which page the engine pulled from. No crawler, no score out of 100 — the answers themselves.

03

You get the readout in 48 hours

One email, plain English: where you appear, where a competitor appears instead, and the three fixes worth making first.

It is free because reading your answers is how we learn what AI search is doing this month. If the fixes are worth paying someone to make, you know where to find us — and if they are not, you still keep the readout.

Before you hand over an email address.

What do you need from me?
Your website address and an email. Nothing else — no analytics access, no Search Console, no call. We work from what is public, because that is all an AI engine sees too.
Is it actually free, or is it a sales call in disguise?
Free, and there is no call. You get the readout by email whether or not you ever reply. Reading real answers every week is how we learn what AI search is doing this month, so the audits pay for themselves in what they teach us.
How long does it take?
Up to 48 hours. It is done by hand, one brand at a time, so it is not instant — and that is the point. A machine can tell you a score in four seconds; it cannot tell you that Perplexity cited a 2019 directory page instead of you.
What if my brand does not show up anywhere?
That is the most useful result there is, and it is common. The readout then covers who the engines name instead, which sources they pulled those names from, and what it would take to get into that set — usually a page that states a claim plainly, not more pages.
Does this work for a local business?
Yes, and the answers look different. For anything with a place attached, AI answers lean heavily on reviews, maps listings and directory pages rather than your own site, so the fixes are mostly off-site. We run the local prompt shape when your category calls for it.
Can I ask for another one later?
Yes. Most people ask again after they have changed something, to see whether the answers moved. AI answers shift as competitors publish and engines update, so a single audit is a snapshot, not a verdict.
